I have been a spiritual director and counsellor for over 10 years. It is a privilege for me to accompany individuals in their desire and effort to deepen their spirituality.
In my years as a spiritual director, I have come to appreciate and understand that the complexities of our lives make it difficult for us to maintain and grow our sense of spirituality. Having someone who can guide and support us through the journey is an important help.
Caring for an individual's soul is a responsibility that requires an active, regular spiritual practice, active listening, trust, care, and mutual respect. As a spiritual director and pastoral counselor, I assist directees identify the particular path in which you are being called, encourage you to faithfully follow that path and assist you in recognizing the spiritual movements which present themselves. As a spiritual director, I will not only give you direction in your spiritual life along each stage of the journey, but also become a soul-friend, a companion on the way.

How often does Spiritual Direction Occur?
Sessions are generally fifty minutes in length and occur in varying frequency. About once a month is common for time between meetings, although the first few meetings may be more frequent to allow the two of us to get to know each other.
